  • A: Of course. I’ll walk you through everything — from collar settings to training steps — and make sure you’re 100% confident before I leave.

  • A: If the wire is damaged (by digging, landscaping, etc.), we offer repair services and can quickly locate and fix the break. We also offer tips to minimize future damage.

DOG TRAINING & SAFETY QUESTIONS

  • A: No. The stimulation from the collar is safe, mild, and adjustable. It’s more like a tap on the shoulder than a shock. Training is critical to ensure your dog understands the boundary, so they rarely feel the correction at all.

  • A: We offer one-on-one training for every dog we install a fence for. We’ll guide you through a week of leash training, then return to reinforce the next steps. Some dogs learn fast — others take a little more time. We tailor it to what your dog needs.

  • A: We’ve worked with all kinds of dogs — anxious, bold, rescue, reactive — and adjust the system and training style accordingly. With patience and consistency, most dogs can safely learn the boundary system.

  • A: Yes. Underground fences are adjustable and work for dogs of all sizes and breeds. We’ll make sure the collar fits comfortably and the correction level is right for your dog’s size and temperament.

  • A: Definitely. You can have multiple dogs using the same boundary — each with their own collar set to their individual training level.
